A balanced and easy-drinking blend, characterized by notes of hazelnut and light bitterness.

Composed of beans from Central America, the SI Blend offers a clean and well-defined cup character thanks to its washed processing method. The warm and rounded aroma of hazelnut, combined with subtle bitter touches, creates a balanced, straightforward, and suitable profile for daily consumption.

Beans grown at an altitude of 1200–1400 meters impart a balanced body and a moderate liveliness to the coffee's structure. It yields an easy-to-drink, balanced, and characteristic cup, particularly in espresso and filter brews.

At Federal Coffee, instead of storing our coffees in large quantities for extended periods, we prepare them with a weekly roasting schedule. This way, we aim to deliver the SI Blend to you while preserving its aromatic structure and freshness as much as possible.
