We carefully select high-quality Arabica beans and roast them with profiles that preserve their character as much as possible; we aim to offer a balanced, fresh, and distinctive coffee experience in every cup.

Therefore, instead of storing our coffees in large quantities for extended periods, we prepare them with a weekly roasting schedule. After roasting, we package them in valved packaging that helps preserve the aromatic structure of the beans, aiming for the coffee to reach you as fresh as possible.
