Thanks to the washed processing method, it provides a cleaner and more distinct character in the cup. The sweet and balanced structure of chocolate combines with the fruity touch of strawberry to create a soft and aromatic brew.

At Federal Coffee, instead of keeping our coffees in large stocks for long periods, we prepare them with a weekly roasting schedule. In this way, we aim to deliver the Melbourne Blend to you while preserving its aromatic structure and freshness as much as possible.
