This bean, characteristic of the Antigua region, offers a clean and balanced cup profile thanks to its washed processing method. The sweetness of caramel, the rounded body of chocolate, and the fruity touch of raisin come together to create a warm and balanced drink.

Grown at an altitude of 1500 meters, Guatemala Antigua SHB EP reveals its aromatic character balancedly in both filter and espresso brewing methods.

At Federal Coffee, instead of keeping large stocks of our coffees for long periods, we prepare them with a weekly roasting plan. This way, we aim to preserve the character and freshness of the beans as much as possible before they reach you.
