Originating from Ethiopia's Yirgacheffe region, these beans are grown at an altitude of 1700 meters and processed using the washed method. The washed process results in a cleaner, brighter, and more distinct aroma profile in the cup.

The vibrancy of citrus notes combines with the sweet and fruity character of red fruits, creating a refreshing, balanced, and layered drinking experience. Its aromatic structure becomes more apparent, especially in pour-over brews, leaving a clean finish in the cup.
