2. PRODUCT INFORMATION
The basic characteristics, quantity, selling price, and discounted price (if any) of the product(s) purchased are presented to the BUYER on the order page.
The total sales price of the products, including all taxes, is shown on the cart and payment screen before the order is finalized.
The product name, quantity, unit price, total amount, and payment information for the order are also presented to the BUYER as part of the order summary.
3. PAYMENT
The order amount is paid using one of the payment methods offered on the website.
For payments made by credit or debit card, the contractual and application conditions of the issuing bank or payment institution apply.
Installment options and payment plans, if any, are displayed to the BUYER on the payment screen.
4. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Orders are prepared and delivered to cargo within a maximum of 2 business days from the order date.
The delivery time after handing over to cargo may vary depending on the cargo company's distribution plan and the delivery address.
Shipping is free for all orders.
When the order is handed over to cargo, tracking information is sent to the email address provided by the BUYER during the order.
In the event of an incomplete, incorrect, or damaged delivery of the order, upon the BUYER contacting the SELLER, a necessary investigation will be conducted, and if appropriate, the product will be exchanged or re-supplied.
5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
For products for which the right of withdrawal is granted by law, the BUYER may withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product, without showing any reason and without paying any penalty.
The BUYER may also exercise the right of withdrawal before the product is delivered.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, an explicit notification must be made to the SELLER within the withdrawal period.

6. EXCEPTIONS TO THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for certain goods and services specified in the legislation.
These may include, depending on the nature of the product, especially:
- products prepared in line with the consumer's special requests,
- perishable products or products with a short shelf life,
- products whose protective packaging, tape, seal, or similar elements have been opened after delivery and are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons,
- other products and services specifically excluded from the right of withdrawal by legislation.
Whether a product falls under an exception to the right of withdrawal is evaluated taking into account the nature of the product and the applicable legislation.
7. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
If the right of withdrawal is validly exercised, the product is returned to the SELLER within the period specified in the legislation.
In valid return or withdrawal procedures, the refund is made in accordance with the payment method used by the BUYER during the purchase and without incurring any additional costs.
The time taken for banks or payment institutions to reflect the refund to the card or account may vary according to their own processing times.

9. APPROVAL OF PRE-INFORMATION
The BUYER acknowledges that they have been informed about the basic characteristics of the products purchased, the total sales price, payment method, delivery conditions, right of withdrawal, and other sales conditions before completing their order.
By the BUYER approving the order, it is assumed that they have read and accepted the information contained in this Pre-Information Form.
